You Pan-African trusted partner
Our Vision
We aspire to be a Pan-African trusted partner for channeling capital from Africans living in the diaspora, towards building viable businesses in diversified sectors across the African continent.
Our Mission
DFNTI is an international diversified group setup and headquartered in Buea (Cameroon), as a vehicle for Africans living in the diaspora to securely channel home the fruits of 'Bush falling' (or foreign savings) to invest in businesses in their respective countries.

The business model of the group is to attractcapital by building credibility for investors through the exemplification of a successful business model (work-in-progress) for channeling equity and human capital gained from advanced business management education and the experience of doing business in Africa.
The objective is to generate strong positive and regular returns to offsetthe local cash flow needs of its African investors in the diaspora, whilst building a legal framework for guaranteeing their rights to the long-term gains and financial security back in their home country.
The key business sectors the group will focus on for its first five years of its operation include:

Our Story
DFNTI is an international group inspired 40 years ago in Bali (Cameroon), conceived in South Africa and finally incorporated in 2022 in Bamenda with headquarters in Buea (Cameroon) with a pure pan-African ethos.
The name DFNTI is acronym for David Foncham Nti, a wiseman, a pan-African, from Bali Nyonga, North West region of Cameroon who once lived and died on May 31, 1983, completely altering the destiny of his children, and crushing the hopes and dreams of his family and community.
The business is named after him to take forward his teachings and legacy of thrift, resourcefulness, integrity and building financial security and generational wealth.
Read below how his son, his successor and founder of the DFNTI Group described him during his coronation and on the 40th anniversary of the man, DFNTI.
My Dear Family,
Literally 40 years ago on May 31 1983, in a painful car accident, the Lord called our beloved father – Papa, as my siblings (Ni Hastings, Ma Gospel, Ma Constance, Ni Ernest, Godfrey [today, Ba Nti IV], Melinda) and I lovingly knew him.
To many of you, he was ‘teacher’, ‘Doctor’, yet a father, brother, friend, mentor, uncle, or granddad. To my mum and queen – Na Emilia, he was a soul mate; and to his last surviving biological sister – Tangwi Lucy, and Na Woteba (RIP), a source of their dignity. To his own father, the late Ba Sama Nti, he was a force for good and a symbol of hope for all his brothers and sisters and the descendants who collectively make up the households of his Ba Nti family. To the Fomusoh family from where papa’s mother, Na Mambotiji came, he was relished as a source of shared pride; and the Fofuleng family – the source of my mum’s deepest respect as Kah, successor to Ba Fofuleng’s mother.
I first that it was papa’s will that I become his successor, shortly after his passing, from my aunty – Na Wouteba (RIP); then from my granddad – Ba Sama Nti; and from my mother and queen – Na Emilia. This, they did as I nurtured and guided on what that would mean for my life and the entire Nti family; I was a child at nine (9) years old, little did I know it will require another 40 years of God’s will over me:
“Remember how the Lord your God led you all the way in the wilderness these fourty (40) years, to humble and test you in order to know what was in your heart, whether or not you would keep his commands.’ Deuteronomy 8:2
Today at 49, a father of four, having retraced my father’s footsteps as a teacher too, and an author: as I finally step into his mighty shoes, I give gratitude to God for these 40 humbling years of preparation, to fulfill the destiny he had for my father’s life on earth and for the entire Nti family. Thank you also to my mum and queen (Na Emilia); Ba Sama Nti (RIP), my aunties (Na Lucy and Na Wouteba [RIP]); my siblings and many others for their love and support during my formative years.
Today, I invite you all to join us and our immediate families, to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Ba David Foncham Nti, and my appointment as his successor. Whew! What a shoe size to fill!
